Fix "Page without a meaningful title" in HTML
Why it's a problem
The <title> is the first thing announced when a page opens and the tab label. Missing or generic, users can't orient themselves or tell tabs apart.
How to fix it — HTML
Give each page a unique, descriptive title, ideally "Page topic — Site name". Update it on every navigation in a SPA.
